I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-compassion, anger management, relationship issues, challenges in racial, gender, and cultural identities, trauma, and spirituality for individuals, couples, and families in both Korean and English languages. My passion is to promote emotional, intellectual, and spiritual healing and health in each individual and to help clients pursue healthy relationships in a safe, empathic, mutual, and creative therapeutic space. I have provided psychotherapy and spiritual care in hospital, university, church, community NGO (youth counseling), and counseling center settings. I am currently working toward a Th.D. (Doctor of Theology) in Pastoral Counseling at Emory University and pursuing a License in Marriage and Family Therapy.
