My role as a counselor includes working with teens (14+) and adults. I also do a lot of work with parents and will incorporate family sessions as needed. I treat individuals struggling with life changes, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thinking, behavioral problems at home and/or at school, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, trauma, social struggles, relationship struggles, family conflict, divorce, and depression. I utilize various counseling approaches based on each clients needs and goals, including Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches. My special interests include working with individuals who are struggling with low self-esteem, social struggles, anger, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thinking, depression, and family conflict.
