Therapist Overview

If you’re a young adult feeling stuck, hurt, or overwhelmed — especially in this season of COVID-19 — I’m here to help. I specialize in working with people ages 18-35 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, or grief/bereavement. If you’re ready to put in the work to understand yourself and make changes to create a better life, I’m ready to provide you with guidance, gentle accountability, and support. I integrate the philosophies from person-centered therapy and psychodynamic theory (attachment work) with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. I’m also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). My top priority is helping you feel accepted, safe, and understood! I have hope that you can create peace and joy in your life. Although doing the work in therapy isn’t always easy, the personal growth and healing that you can gain is well worth it.
