To reach these goals I have found that a cognitive, strength based approach is most helpful for individuals to develop the understanding, skills, self awareness and confidence that may be needed. I work with adults and couples suffering from depressive and anxiety disorders, postpartum issues, marital problems and divorce adjustment. I am also a certified grief counselor and work with those living in relationships where there is an addiction. I have been a partner with Elmbrook Family Counseling Center for over 30 yrs. and have worked in impatient and community settings with adolescents and their families.
