Our world seems to be spinning out of control. Troubles we didn’t know we had to worry about are now a daily reality. Working from home while homeschooling our sweet (but sometimes difficult) children can increase family stress and parenting guilt. Children may act out with increased defiance, distractibility, anger outburst, clinginess or sleep issues. Teens may withdraw, become moody, lose interest in hobbies or hygiene, or lack hope for the future (“It doesn’t matter anyway,” “I don’t care”).
