Therapist Overview

Has your trauma taken something from you? I work with people who have had their lives change because of trauma, helping them to find healing, meaning in their relationships, and freedom in their lives. I will support you while together we weave a new story for your future. With a background in International Disaster Psychology, I work with trauma of all kinds, from family abandonment or sexual assault to bombings and earthquakes. You’re in the right place if you don’t love the way life feels, but wish you could. I use a holistic, relational approach. This means that I view you as a whole person, and I address you as someone with complex desires and needs. I care about all the parts of your life that make you who you are. I often incorporate somatic or mindfulness-based techniques to help trauma that is held in your body. I provide open and honest feedback. I believe that you are worthy of a life well-lived.
