During our initial sessions, we will explore the presenting issues then collaborate to create a strength-base goals plan.
Therapist Overview
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I use Bowen & Gestalt therapy techniques combined with person-centered therapy strength-based with couples, families, individuals, groups and athletes. The therapeutic focus is to help individuals heal, energize, focus, become aware of their inner strengths and remove mental blockers. Marriage and family therapists treat a wide range of serious clinical problems, including anxiety, depression, marital problems, individual psychological problems, and child-parent problems. The unit of treatment is based on the set of relationships in which the person is embedded.
