Emotional Support Therapy provides the tools needed to unify our emotional and intellectual processing, thus promoting self-growth and well-being in the face of life’s changes. As a clinician for over 26 years, my clients and I have experienced the many challenges of life. I have found that all people have inner strength and resilience in overcoming extreme difficulties through devastating loss, disease, and other hardships. And it is through the effectiveness of therapy, having consistent emotional support, we can HEAL. Trust, empathy and compassion, provide a working relationship between therapist and client. While, honesty and patience, help the client to relinquish ineffective coping, that may block success in their lives.
