Therapist Overview
I specialize in early childhood, the postpartum experience, and trauma recovery. I believe that providing a safe and flourishing atmosphere for individuals and families to explore hopes and fears about pregnancy, childhood, and parenthood has the potential to heal. Pregnancy and early parenthood often awaken a myriad of emotions from past experiences and future unknowns. This awakening can shape the way in which our children experience and react to the world. It takes a village, and therapy can be an important part of our village. Through attachment-focused psychotherapy, I provide continued support from the perinatal period through the first 5 years of the child’s life. Focuses include collaboration with parents and children through consultation, infant & toddler/ parent interaction therapy, child play therapy, and stress and trauma processing for both children and parents. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and am certified as a PMH-C in Maternal Mental Health
