My ideal client is someone who is motivated towards change. I see myself as someone who helps empowers others towards a healthier and happier present and future. My goal as your counselor is give you the space, empathy, and encouragement needed to achieve your goals and improve your relationship with yourself and others. I provide individual counseling in my clinic and via telehealth. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed acupuncturist. I believe in empowering my clients heal own their minds, bodies, and secret scars on their own terms. I have years of experiences with assisting clients with anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, grief, trauma, maladaptive coping skills, substance abuse, and other issues. In my practice, I utilize mental health counseling, acupuncture, herbal medicine, supplements, and other modalities in order to assist clients with healing. I believe in utilizing an integrative approach to wellness.
