Due to the current life stressors we are all experiencing as a Nation, now more than ever, is it important to keep your mental health in a good state. Our emotions play a major role in how we manage our day to day, and providing stability for ourselves and our loved ones. Let me help you! I am accepting new clients and also offering tele-therapy through video calls, to those that want to be heard during these hard times. We can start with a brief phone screening to determine what approach would work best for you. My preferred method is in-person; we can practice social distancing for our safety and well being during the session. Whether it is an in-person session or video chatting, we can address your current needs and/or continue working on your mental health concerns.
