Do you have difficulties overcoming anxiety, depression, stress, or traumatic events? Does abuse, addiction, anger, or violence exist in your relationship? I also assist children and adolescents that have Behavioral/Intellectual/Mental issues or may be caught up in the DCF, adoption services, or group homes systems through no fault of their own that have endured traumatic events, physical/mental/emotional abuse, or the shock of removal from their home. I can assist in developing coping and stress management skills. I can help lessen the impact of stressors and traumas so they can be managed or resolved. I can teach effective strategies for setting boundaries. Most important with dedication your self -awareness, self-esteem, and self-worth will rise to the level it should be in life. Group counseling will be around 10 participants, 2 professional facilitators, and meets once a week for 60 – 90 minutes. Group activities involves talking and listening to each other’s concerns and progress.
