There is hope in the darkest of spaces and I am passionate about holding it for my clients until they can hold it for themselves. I create a safe space for clients to navigate barriers, burdens, their story, and areas of life they feel stuck. Over the last 5 years, my area of focus has been in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, grief, or have a history of trauma; as well as people who are looking to grow in relational boundaries, identity concerns, or find work/life balance. My aim is for clients to reach their goals, and feel that they are another step closer to become who they were meant to be. My counseling style is conversational and down to earth; while my approach is practical, goal-oriented, and contextualized to the uniqueness of each client’s personhood, goals and story. My specialty is empowering clients in self-awareness, in self-compassion, and with tools that they can use in their every-day to find relief and freedom. Everyone has had seasons of life where they feel discouraged or stuck. These moments can make us feel powerless, frustrated, and alone. We all need spaces to be fully ourselves and get support in moving towards our goals.
