Being a parent is never easy and at times it can feel overwhelming. When it feels as if you’ve tried everything to help your child or teen and they’re still doing poorly in school, arguing, breaking rules, worrying, or hiding in their room, I can help. I work with parents to understand the meaning behind these behaviors, whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or something else. My goal is to create a safe environment where we can grow the strengths your family and child already possess and help you learn new skills to overcome life’s challenges.
