As cliche as it may sound, I often tell my clients that therapy, like many other experiences in life “is what you make it.” Some choose to make therapy a place to express strong emotions, resolve relational conflict, or discuss past traumas. Others may make therapy a way to practice applying new skills, reflect on weekly stressors, adjust communication habits, or receive educational information about mental health. I am creative in the way that I facilitate therapy and believe that there are multiple ways to achieve a balanced mindset. Regardless of what you choose to make therapy, my role is to provide nonjudgemental guidance. Whether you problem solve through traditional talk therapy, utilizing structured worksheets, guided drawing, or interactive games, I as your therapist will tailor treatment to your needs and learning style. I work with individuals, couples, parents, adolescents, and children of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds. I respond to clients between 8 a.m and 6 p.m Monday through Saturday. I offer affordable services and reserve afternoon/evening appointments several days a week to accommodate students’ school schedules.
