Are you an individual looking to improve your overall well-being, self growth and self awareness? I am a clinician that practices primarily from a holistic perspective. This perspective views each person as a whole, focusing on the mind and body; and not just a person’s symptoms. I like to help clients explore deeper into the complex nature of their problems and help them to recondition negative patterns and thought processes. I want clients to feel empowered and build trust in themselves. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness, art, and alternative approaches in my practice for clients who don’t prefer using traditional methods. My hope is to help clients process trauma and stressors within their lives, and to come out with more insight and clarity. I particularly enjoy working with women wanting to build self esteem, self awareness and/or cultivate healthier relationships. I also have knowledge and experience working with introversion and HSP’s (Highly Sensitive Person). At this time I am only seeing clients through telehealth. Once I can see clients in person again my office is located with tend&flourish, an eclectic collaborative of independent wellness businesses. It is conveniently located on Brown Street, in downtown Dayton by University of Dayton.
