Therapist Overview

It’s never too early or late to make a change in your life. Anyone can get stuck at any age and different points, because life can be filled with all types of stressors: relationships, school, work, loss, and maybe unknown. If you match with the right therapist, change can happen, because it happened to me. I changed careers in my 40’s and I’ve never been happier since working with clients of all ages- young kids- adolescents -late adulthood. People aren’t cookie cutter and therapy shouldn’t be either. I explore using many different therapeutic approaches that would be tailored to your needs. I understand the “sandwich generation” first hand and lived many lives up until now, which supports a non- judgmental supportive environment. I listen empathically, work collaboratively and create a safe therapeutic space. I believe that people have strengths that may be untapped and I want to help you find them. I encourage you to reach out for a phone consultation to see if we are a matc
