Therapist Overview

As parents, it can be frustrating to feel like you’ve done everything in your power to help your child and are unable to come up with a solution. If this sounds like something you’re going through, please reach out so that we can work together to find strategies to assist your child as they go through this journey. We can also address parenting strategies and stress management to help support you and your child’s overall health. Together we can help your family write a story that’s filled with resiliency, strength, forgiveness, and healing. As a graduate student pursuing clinical licensure and currently completing my master’s degree, I work under the supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have clinical experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and have worked at both St. David’s Center, and Helena Autism Therapy Center. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you and your family can feel comfortable working with me.
