I graduated in 2011 from Eastern Michigan University with my MSW degree in Family & Children Services. I also have been trained as a Level-1 Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist by the National Institute for Trauma and Loss. I have 15 plus years of clinical and case management experience across a variety of settings and age groups. I use a blend of evidence-based programs and practices including CBT, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing, DBT, ACT, Imagery Rehearsal, MI, Solution-Focused and Sensory-based therapies to support clients in strengthening their personal well-being.
