We are all on this road together to experience joy and pain. We all want to feel loved and validated. Most importantly, we want to feel empowered, recognize that we are the master of ourselves, and change our direction for the better. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients and guiding them to believe that they are capable of positive growth and healing. My hope is that together, we can discover your inner strengths, recognize your beautiful truths, and live them gracefully. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include improving self-esteem, marriages, family relationships, enhancing social and emotional skills, communication, academic or work performance, and resolving trauma or issues of abuse. I am trained in Traumatic Recovery Yoga and often use it as an in session intervention.
