I believe that by providing a safe, supportive environment I can help you navigate the challenges you are facing. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults. I believe everyone has their own story, and I will work with you individually to develop a treatment plan that honors yours. I hope that by providing a non-judgmental place where you can be heard and understood, you can begin to heal. During our time together I will incorporate a variety of techniques with a focus on the individualā€™s story. I understand each individual faces their own challenges and it is important to work collaboratively to develop an approach that works best for you. I have experience with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, relational conflict, self-esteem and grief I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and my Masters degree from the University of St.Thom
