Therapist Overview

I work with couples and individuals using a mindfulness based, here-and-now, approach that invites all aspects of you into therapy. I welcome individuals of all ages asking “What do I want to do with my life?”. In my work with couples, I help partners build deeper connections, foster better communication, and work towards a more fulfilling relationship. Whether you are in the midst of a new crisis, coping with ongoing issues, or looking for a place to do some deep personal exploration our work together will support you and your needs. My specialties include anxiety, coping with grief, and couples experiencing infidelity. I strive to be culturally inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming. In all of my work I draw on my extensive training in phenomenological Gestalt psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I work relationally and customize each session for what is most pressing in the moment. In addition to talking, therapy with me might include
