I am privileged to walk alongside both adults and children 8 years of age and older as they journey toward true flourishing. Therapist Overview
I hear you; your life is feeling out of control. Perhaps the pit you have found yourself in is too deep and dark to get out of. Maybe those difficult memories keep wreaking havoc in your heart no matter how hard you try to move past them. Or maybe it’s your child that seems unable to handle their big feelings, leaving you at a loss of what to do. I have good news for you: this is not the end of your story. There is always hope. I am passionate about creating a space for both adults and children 8 years of age and older where compassionate, nonjudgmental acceptance and joyful welcoming become the foundation for transformation.
I love to work with all kinds of people from all walks of life, careful to honor your beliefs and values without imposing my own. It may be helpful to know am a woman of deep faith in Jesus, so if this is something you would like to incorporate into your treatment, I am willing and equipped to do that. If not, it will never be imposed upon you in any way.
