Working with you, my aim is to help you find a place within yourself where you are able to be honest, locate your inner peace, and strengthen your ability to cope in a healthy manner. I work with all ages to process through life’s difficulties in a compassionate, client-centered manner. My main areas of focus include trauma processing, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and continue to expand my knowledge and training in dealing with anxiety and trauma.
