Therapist Overview
Open doors to a better future, reconcile with doors left open from your past. It’s helpful to think of therapy as the opportunity to make the desired changes in your life to increase your overall well being. It is my goal for you to unlock your unique capabilities & strengths for maximizing your success in all the important areas of your life. This means: learning how to take better care of yourself; being a better friend, family member, and lover; having a greater impact on your community, whether that be at work or at home; taking your dreams, which contain the desired impact for yourself and others, and making them a reality. First and foremost I’m here to help you feel heard. While working with a variety of client concerns I primarily specialize in treating depression and anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, navigating work/Denver startup stress, finding meaning & purpose, and breaking intergenerational patterns/behaviors that were learned from family (usually stemming from trauma). My passion & joy is to help others live a more fulfilling & meaningful life. It is important to have a therapist in which there is a “rightness of fit”. This means that the alliance built with a therapist is one in which the foundations of trust, comfortability, & purpose can be established with ease. Contact me to see if I am the right therapist for you.
