I specialize in parent consultation and coaching, as well as working with families, adolescents, adults whose lives have been impacted by trauma. My primary focus is to help parents of children of all ages who are struggling with the parent/child relationship, as well as helping parents handle behaviors whether they are developmental, impacted by early childhood trauma, and/or other stressors. I am trained in Attachment Focused Therapy; Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy Adaptions (PCIT-A) as well as EMDR, AEDP and Sensory Motor Psychotherapy and integrate these approaches in my work.
