Currently offering Zoom, Doxy.me meetings. I specialize in techniques that focus on the health of the relationships between people. The practice of relational therapy views the mental health of an individual as often being based on, or at least greatly affected by the quality of relationships (family, romantic, friendship, colleagues, neighbors, etc.) in a person’s life. My focus is on helping families and couples work through trauma, losses, difficult transitions or external relationships (infidelity). My goal is to mend bonds that have become dysfunctional and restore them to a place where clients feel an increased sense of safety, communication, and comfort with each other. I am passionate about my work, approachable, always non-judgmental and excited to help you create and experience better connections!
