Therapist Overview
I believe that each of us have the tools within ourselves to achieve optimal mental health and relational functioning, which is why I use a collaborative approach with my clients to develop and work toward their goals. I offer a safe and inclusive space for my clients to explore their identities, relationships, needs, and desires. I have experiences working with adults, adolescents, and couples, with a particular focus on perinatal and maternal mental health, early family experiences, LGBTQIA counseling, gender identity, consensual non-monogamies, and women’s issues. I have specialized training in the treatment of perinatal mental health (to include mood and anxiety disorders throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, traumatic birth experiences, infertility, and pregnancy/infant loss), couples and family therapy (including non-traditional relationships), consensual non-monogamies, LGBTQ+ issues, and play therapy.
