Therapist Overview

I’m an experienced therapist offering help to client who survived childhood psychological abuse and/or are stuck in the emotional roller-coaster of unbalanced, controlling, “nothing ever gets resolved” relationships that destroy their sense of worth, safety and sanity. My clients seek therapy in hopes of making sense of their turmoil and getting relief form being sucked dry of energy and joy, feelings of guilt, loneliness, gloom, frustration and anxiety that often follow them from a young age. I specifically work with clients who grew up or are in relationship with those who fit the criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Having suffered great pain it’s important to take your time to heal, to pick up the pieces of your shattered emotions, rebuild confidence and set boundaries. I will be a good listener and move at your pace as you learn to love and protect yourself, find your true feelings and your voice, assert your needs, and break the cycle of manipulation and blame.
