Adulting is hard. Being a kid is hard. Being human is hard. Having access to all of the world all of the time is hard. It’s overwhelming and everyone has an opinion. And sometimes it can just become too much. Every stage of life comes with what seems like insurmountable obstacles. This day and age with the seeming constant comparison to a perfect social media life can leave one feeling impossibly more than less than. Sometimes we just need a little help. A place to sit with our reality without the judgement or the press to have it all. I provide services for many mental health services for individuals who face disproportionate inequities due to systemic barriers and historical adversity. I focus on utilizing an intersectional anti-racist lens to lead treatment and highlight individuals whose needs are often overlooked including BIPOC, queer, immigrant/refugee, women and children. An intersectional anti-racist lens commits me to being aware of how to best meet the needs of our diverse
