I work with people who want to reach their full potential at work, in relationships, and/or creative pursuits but find themselves instead drained by worry, paralyzed by fear or perfectionism, and often unable to even feel safe in their own bodies. Though we sometimes get overwhelmed by life’s struggles, I deeply believe in each person’s innate wisdom and ability to heal and grow. During individual sessions I will help you access your inner healing capacities. And together we will work to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns, and false beliefs at the root of these, that are keeping you stuck and suffering. You will find me to be a compassionate, playful, and creative guide on your healing journey. I use talk therapy, Internal Family Systems and creative and action-oriented techniques to help you cultivate self-compassion and develop fresh perspectives, and somatic and mindfulness based therapy to help you establish a sense of well-being in your body.
