I help adults in all phases of life. I help my clients work through new and past traumas, and through typical or unexpected life transitions. In therapy we can make meaning, find purpose, or forge new paths. Many clients come for help managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, or addictions. If you need help but don’t know what questions to ask, that’s okay! You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong or what you want. Finding out is part of the process! Therapy can be to heal, recover, sort through, reconnect, rejuvenate, strengthen, or change aspects of your life to make it more manageable & meaningful. I also work with children & adolescents. Whether it’s working through how to gracefully lose a game of UNO, helping adolescents walk through the teenage ‘hood, or supporting & empowering young adults transition to the “wild” world beyond home – these are critical times for young people to feel seen, heard, connected & gain coping skills!
