Therapist Overview
My patients open themselves to the process of therapy because they are at a point in which they realize that something must change. My goal is to be able to provide insights, tools, and support to assist you in your journey to wellness. Whether your desire is to improve your relationships, to strengthen your sense of self, enhance your quality of life, to find support during difficult times, or to find a safe place to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, I believe that therapy is a partnership between myself and my patient. My clients come to me in times of suffering, pain, and discomfort from issues such as medical problems, situational stressors, relational issues, trauma, depression, and/or anxiety. My clients can use our time together to gain knowledge and insights about self/others and concrete tools and strategies to work on their goals. I invite you to reach out to me directly should you be contemplating if therapy is the right decision. It is a very common internal question that gets asked…”What if therapy can’t help me?”. I challenge you to shift that question to, “What if therapy CAN help me?”. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you further.
