I use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques, while never ignoring the human element and connection where the real change happens. I started my career in the non-profit sector providing crisis intervention, rehabilitation, and therapy to children, youth, and families. I have worked with folks experiencing severe anxiety, depression, and mood instability. People also seek therapy to process a trauma, support in making difficult decisions, and a space to explore and grow as individuals.
