Are you feeling isolated in your relationships? While romance may begin in an instant, long-term relationships are not easy to maintain alone. No matter where you are in your relationship, seeking guidance, opening the lines of communication, and establishing safety in emotional expression are the cornerstones of any lasting and fulfilling relationship. I aim to empower my clients to realize the strengths they already possess I work with them, both individually and as couples and families, to utilize those unique strengths to develop a positive narrative for their lives and relationships. My therapeutic work is driven by the importance of human connection and the way it shapes our existence. Our early family experiences can be a critical factor in deciding how we continue to approach other areas of life. This is why I am passionate about working with my clients to create or rediscover true intimacy. My training as a Marriage and Family Therapist is complemented by my undergraduate background in Religion, Philosophy, and Psychology. I understand the complications of daily life, relationships and the universal dilemmas that come with being alive and conscious. Still,there is hope for healing and comfort. It’s never too early or too late to seek guidance.
