I mainly utilize strength-based therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques with individuals experiencing trauma, suicidal ideation, grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, parent-child relationship issues, ADHD, and anger. Since 2014, I have worked with many youth and families to help bring about positive change and equilibrium.
