I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing direct services to adults, adolescents, and couples. If you are experiencing a desire for change in your life which might include anxiety, depression, relationship/couples issues, personal growth, faith-based issues, life transitions, older adult issues, grief, anger, substance abuse, and/or trauma, I invite you to contact me. I see adults of all ages and adolescents over age 14. I work in an active and collaborative manner which builds on the values, questions, strengths and attributes that clients, often unknowingly, bring to the counseling journey. I also have extensive experience supervising and teaching graduate students and other mental health providers, in addition to consulting with colleges, schools, businesses and faith-based groups. In addition to the areas noted above, I work in the areas of : 1) college student issues 2) military families and veterans and 3) sport/performance psychology. My years of experience helping clients, most of it in the Michiana area, enables me to have the knowledge, skills, and resources to understand the challenges you are facing and to help you move forward to a happier and more positive place in your life.
