I believe individual change can break cycles of abuse and promote parenting styles to build up future generations. My specialties include trauma which encompasses everything from childhood physical, sexual, and emotional abuse or neglect, physical/sexual assault, accidents, domestic violence, and human trafficking – to trauma others may not even recognize as “traumatic,” but if it negatively impacts you, it’s trauma! I offer trauma-informed care so that you feel physically and emotionally safe – not just the absence of harm, but also the sense of unconditional acceptance – that whatever you share will be held as sacred, without judgment.
