Whether you want to create, rebuild, or simply maintain your path – I believe you can! My experience in schools, inpatient and residential treatment, outpatient clinics, domestic violence shelter, and home-based healthcare services, has allowed me to help many individuals facing acute or complex trauma and mental/emotional distress. I utilize a person-centered, relational, and strength-based approach. In response to COVID-19, I am offering tele-therapy sessions (phone or video) until further notice.
