Therapist Overview

Majority of my clients often feel they are held responsible for what is outside their control. Sometimes, clients are under a dark cloud of expectations to be met, but have no way to succeed. Clients become hard workers at trying to making others fulfilled at the expense of their own happiness. My goal is to help clients learn that it is perfectly acceptable to not have the approval and satisfaction by others when it comes to choosing our own path. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect with inspiring change. It is important that I create an environment of freedom of expression without judgement. Normally, our first 1-2 sessions focus on identifying and exploring the problem. Beginning session 2-3, I can offer skills in solution-focused thinking that best fit the client’s needs. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try to move forward, you find yourself in the same exact position. It’s maddening, frustrating, and often very depressing. Finding hope can seem like an impossible challenge. If this applies to you, or are afraid this is the direction you’re heading, I invite you to reach out via e-mail with a brief description.
