Therapist Overview
Each adolescent/young adult face challenges as they learn to navigate life and find their place in the world. At times, these obstacles may feel like Mt. Everest and impossible to overcome. Issues may arise such as trouble with concentrating, lack of motivation, perfectionism, social issues, academic struggles, anxiety, depression, and sometimes addiction. All of which may be overwhelming to a young person. Often adolescent/young adults need a “neutral party,” someone they can talk to, in confidence, to discuss and work through issues. Having a therapists offers a safe place to share, feel accepted, and understood. I believe ALL individuals can reach their full potential, and be empowered to overcome challenges. I offer a welcoming environment that promotes personal growth, build skills, and navigate stress w/positive coping strategies.
