Hi! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. I’m familiar with and practice a variety of techniques that help individuals, couples, and families uncover underlying issues and work collaboratively to implement a plan to change maladaptive behaviors. I can provide guidance to help rebuild and repair relationships. I understand it is difficult to handle concerns such as loss, relationship conflict, anxiety, PTSD, or addiction along with many other problems that impact health and well-being. I strive to provide the best care to learn the tools to better manage distressing times in order to live a fulfilled, balanced life. I utilize a systemic approach while incorporating various modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
