It can be difficult to make sense of and find meaning in our life experiences. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings to better understand and find solutions to life situations. Struggles with relationships, life stress, fear, and self-judgment of not being ‘good enough’ can hold you back from living authentically and to your full potential. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel safe and open to deeper self-exploration and growth. My approach is client-centered, which means you remain in the driver’s seat at all times, but I am here to embark on this journey with you. Therapy is not “one size fits all.” I use a combination of approaches to personally suit the individual or couple that I am working with. Humanistic, Existential, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, and CBT are the modalities I use. While doing several years of my own therapeutic work, I know how empowering it can be to live authentically. People say I am
