My specialty is working with people who have trauma histories and those who are ready to begin self-reflection and actualization. I am EMDR trained and utilize various modalities to encourage change and promote healing. Therapy, when there is a solid clinical alliance, is one of the most important relationships you will be involved in. I consider it the greatest act of self-care you can give to yourself.
