My practice centers on working with adults, couples and families. I have 10 years of experience working in the field of substance use and mental health. My specialties are addiction, trauma and grief, and co-occurring disorders. I have developed a system of therapeutic tools to process feelings, deal with trauma and build better self-esteem. Experienced in substance use assessments. I aim my clinical approach to meet you where you are at, while we cooperatively work together to maximize skills and learn how to manage life on life’s terms. I utilize various therapeutic modalities in my practice. I apply Cognitive Behavioral, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Self-Compassion & Forgiveness Based Treatment.
