Therapist Overview

***Not accepting new patients at this time.*** Welcome! I’m so happy you are here, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work together. I utilize a systems approach and strengths perspective to meet you where you are at in your life. My primary goal is to empower you by providing the necessary tools to achieve emotional balance and growth in a safe, calm, supportive, and trauma-informed environment. I have personally been a client at different times in my life, and understand the value of therapy, while acknowledging the challenges of finding the right therapist. I draw on multiple therapeutic styles and techniques in order to incorporate what will be most beneficial for you. Additionally, I am certified in PEERS® for Adolescents through the University of California (UCLA) Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and have experience with trauma, grief, chronic illness, self-image, and adjustment. Your mental and physical health are important, and everyone deserves the opportunity to heal. Thank you for taking this time for yourself or for your family, and I look forward to meeting with you!
