It is my belief that each of us have the ability to be brave and create new ways of thinking when given the opportunity. By creating a space of acceptance and a sense of belonging, I believe we are resilient and can become a hero in our own lives. I have completed training in Play Therapy and EMDR, and am seeking to help individuals and families ages 4-30. As a play-based therapist, I focus on the individual and their interactions within their environment, getting creative to help my clients own their story. By valuing connection, my goal is to allow each person to express their unique selves through verbal communication, play and celebrate their successes as they increase their self-esteem and social emotional awareness, decrease anxiety and depression as well as work through big emotions and past trauma.
