I will provide you with a private, safe, and nonjudgmental environment to explore the issue(s) plaguing you until you find resolution. I have over 10 years of experience treating a variety of presenting concerns including, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, sexual abuse/trauma, emotional abuse, crisis, psychotic disorders, chronic mental illness, terminal illness, grief/bereavement, and mental health affected by chronic medical conditions. I also enjoy working with couples who are struggling with a variety of issues, such as, feeling stuck, getting past affairs, emotional disengagement or difficulty managing conflict. I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use this approach in treating relationship distress.
