My ideal client would live a life free from fear, worry, and insecurity. Many people suffer from anxiety and depression because they feel they don’t measure up and compare themselves to what they think life should be. We all “measure up” in our own unique way. Discovering and accepting who we are is the best gift we can give ourself. Starting therapy can be very scary. As a therapist I understand the fear of a first appointment. My practice is small comfortable and very confidential. I have been practicing for 32 years. I have a lot of knowledge in many different areas of therapy which provides confidence and security for my clients.
