Hello, I hope this finds you well. I use a Gestalt informed approach incorporating mindfulness and body based therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative creation specifically tailored to you. My role is to create a safe space for us to explore and gain insight while fostering empowerment. Together we will experientially explore the inner self in order to identify pattern behaviors, work through past traumas, listen to the body’s messages about what you need in order to heal and create new strategies for change. Let me help you clear away the clutter so that we can replant you and nourish you on fertile ground. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, stress, life transitions, trauma, people of color and the LGBTQ population.
